Q1. I cannot unzip the compressed files obtained via DARTS using Winzip.

A1. Please change the Winzip option as follows (see the figure).

From the Winzip menu-bar, select "Options" --> "Configuration".
Select "Miscellaneous" tab.
Uncheck "Tar file smart CR/LF conversion".
Select "OK".

Or, you may use a Japanese free software named "+Lhaca" to uncompress the files.

Q2. I cannot download data using the wget script generated by DARTS.
e.g. wget $op ftp://ftp.darts.isas.jaxa.jp/pub/suzaku/ver2.0/100001010/

A2. In some environments, you may find trouble in our wget script. In that case, please delete the last '/' in the script and try to download again.
e.g. wget $op ftp://ftp.darts.isas.jaxa.jp/pub/suzaku/ver2.0/100001010
